At the beginning of 2020, the StackAdapt Toronto office was just about ready for an upgrade—not because we didn’t adore our space, but because our growth was reaching max capacity!
Unfortunately, those plans didn’t become reality due to the pandemic, as the entire company switched to working from home. Fast forward to 2022, we’re still at home, but the “office” has expanded way beyond the limits of Toronto. We’re now officially a global team!
From the start, the StackAdapt team was fully immersed in digital communication with tools like Slack, Asana, Google Hangouts acting as fixtures in our daily workflows. So when we switched to remote work, the shift was easy and seamless.
With these technologies at our fingertips—and a few others we’ve acquired since—we’re able to communicate and collaborate with members of our team across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and Singapore.
This expansion has brought diverse opinions, ideas, and knowledge to the StackAdapt team. You can now find StackAdapters in a number of cities around the world, including New York, Toronto, Atlanta, San Diego, London, Madrid, Sydney, and Singapore.
Through global collaboration we’re learning new perspectives and welcoming diverse expertise, which makes our StackAdapt team stronger.
By leaning into digital and remote work, we have the ability to continue increasing our recruitment scope to other countries, and in the coming months we’ll continue to welcome talented recruits from around the world. We’re excited to continue Shaping StackAdapt by growing our global horizons in 2022 and beyond!
